Delivery Policy
At Flowers in Beverly Hills, every arrangement is handcrafted and delivered with care. Please review our delivery policies carefully prior to placing an order.
By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery Area
We offer local delivery throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Pasadena and surrounding neighborhoods, subject to availability.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to a specific address, please contact us prior to ordering.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Delivery dates are selected at checkout (when available). Exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, routing, and volume—especially on peak holidays.
3. Valentine’s Day & Peak Holiday Delivery
For Valentine’s Day and other major holidays, deliveries may occur throughout the day and evening and days leading up to the holiday. In some cased the next day. Due to demand, we cannot guarantee timed delivery unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our team.
All Valentine’s Day orders are considered holiday priority fulfillment.
4. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details at checkout, including:
- Recipient full name
- Complete address (including unit/suite number)
- Recipient phone number
- Gate codes / building access instructions
- Business name (if applicable)
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. Orders remain final sale.
5. Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not available, we may:
- Leave the arrangement with a concierge or front desk
- Leave the arrangement at the doorstep or secure location (when safe)
- Contact the recipient or purchaser for instructions
Once the arrangement has been delivered to the address provided, the delivery is considered complete.
6. Re-Delivery Requests
If re-delivery is required due to recipient unavailability or access issues, re-delivery may be offered for an additional fee and subject to scheduling availability.
We cannot guarantee flower condition for re-delivery if an arrangement is held for an extended period.
7. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Flowers are perishable and may be impacted by heat, sun exposure, or weather conditions. If an arrangement is left outside due to delivery circumstances, we are not responsible for deterioration after delivery completion.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation may include a photo or courier confirmation when available. Requests for signature confirmation must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
9. Final Sale
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all floral deliveries are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
