Valentine’s Day Policy (Final Sale)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the limited-edition production of our Valentine’s collection, all Valentine’s Day orders are final sale.

All Valentine’s Day floral arrangements are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once an order is placed.

Delivery Information Required

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Complete address (unit/suite number required if applicable)
  • Valid phone number
  • Gate codes / concierge instructions
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delivery delays or non-completion. In these cases, the order remains final sale.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery, including leaving the arrangement with a concierge or in a secure location when possible. Re-delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Substitutions

To ensure the highest quality, we may make minor substitutions based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and maintain the intended design aesthetic.

Quality Concerns

If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. No refunds will be issued.
